This is a lighter version if you’re comfortable doing parts of it yourself.
You still get guidance, structure and support around your search and application, just without the inspections and direct agent involvement.
It’s there to give you clarity and direction when you need it.
Why I do this
I’ve been on both sides of this.
I’ve rented. I’ve owned. I’ve moved interstate and tried to secure a place without really knowing how things worked.
I’ve had great property managers and landlords, and I’ve had some pretty frustrating experiences and some downright terrible ones too.
Through my Property Maintenance work with Herbig Design Co, I’ve also spent years working alongside agents and property managers across the Sunshine Coast.
So I’ve seen how it works from the inside as well.
Feels Like Home came from that combination.
Not as a big idea, just as something that would have made a real difference when I needed it.
